Our most technical design yet... we worked with a specialized factory for months to get it right.

Our warmup pants are made of thick, stretchy, durable fabric. Coated inside with a navy blue sauna lining, they are guaranteed to make you sweat and keep you warm. Stretchy enough for grand plies, they are designed to be OVERSIZED. Meaning they are LONG.

Our size chart is designed for dancers with slim to athletic builds, who want the oversized look (meaning they'll still cover your ankles in your deepest grand plie). These pants fit "normal" in the hips and are wide throughout the leg.

A high quality, metal clasped drawstring at the ankle lets you adjust them to your comfort, and the elastic is tight enough at the waist to keep the pants up, rolled or not. They sit above the waist when unrolled, or at the waist when rolled.

WOMEN'S SIZE CHART by height (keep reading below).
Email us for advice, we answer fast.

5'0" - 5'3" - XS

5'4 - 5'6" - S

5'7" - 5'9" - M

5'10" - 6'0" - L

Some models chose to go up one size from the recommendation-- you can see extra fabric pooling at the ankle. Take care when choosing your size, and consider your preferences / body type.
**Lisa (pink) is 5'6" wearing size M (sized up)
**Clara (dark green) is 5'3" wearing size S (sized up)
**Pigeon (navy blue) is 5'11 wearing size L (true-to-size)

Obsessed.

These were an immediate favorite right out of the bag. Soft, comfortable, colorful, and versatile. I got the orchid because I'm a more-color-more-better person, and it's gorgeous. The bit of almost metallic navy peeking out when I roll down the waist makes a great contrast. The draw cords work nicely so I can make them any length that I want and they will stay. The sauna effect is just like I remember, but the fabric is much softer and more comfortable. I kind of wish they had a slip pocket where I could put my phone for when I need to control the music, but can also imagine that messing up the sleek fit. I'm 5'7, 130 lb, sz 2-4 with a slim to athletic build, and the medium fits exactly how I wanted. Roomy through the hips and long enough to cover my ankles during plies or crunches (as pictured). 10/10, a perfectly broken-in pair of Freeds that last through all four weekend performances, a new leotard in your favorite color and the perfect cut, a grand allegro combo that makes you feel like you're flying, a perfectly balanced pirouette that actually happens in a performance. They're that good.

LOVE!

My daughter (13) loves these pants so much! She wears them nearly daily when working on stretching and mobility. She is 5ft and wears a size xs. She loves the drawstring around the ankle and that fact that they get her super warm which is what she needs as she works towards gains in flexibility and mobility. Delivery was also really quick-which we appreciate!!

The real deal

If these had been around 5 years ago when I was still dancing professionally I would own 5 pairs and have lost my mind. Regular heat retention garbage bag shorts rip after a few months of use. And they aren't the most ergonomically friendly as they have no stretch. Even still taking classes recreationally I will be ordering more of these. They keep you warm, the fit allows for movement (what a concept), there's a bit of give, you don't sound like a walking roll of wrapping paper, and the colors are actually cute. Barre trash be out there elevating the trash game and I'm here for it.

Review

My daughter has been dancing since she was 3 years old. Now 16, she is doing many more long dance days (repertory, multi-hour run throughs) where she is not always dancing. She was skeptical about the sauna pants at first (I bought them anyway!). When the pants got here - love at first sight, touch, and try-on. She loves the sauna pants and I see them having a very long life bridging in to her future dance career. The video you posted on why these pants are genius also helped!

Thank you for understanding your target market so very well! Also, she owns two of the hoodies and wears them constantly (swears they are the best hoodies ever) - had to buy the second hoodie for laundry rotation purposes!

Definitely Recommend.

Bought these with a discount code that I was waiting to use and I am very happy. They are long enough to cover my ankles, super warm (and yes, you will sweat!), and I roll them at the waist. I don't have any trouble with them staying up, and I use the ties at the bottom when I want to roll them over the knee or stay out of the way from my pointe shoes. I also have the overalls but these are thicker and also stretchier... would recommend both it just depends.
