Return and Exchange Policy

At Barre Trash, we're only happy if we know our customers are dancing in our clothes! We understand that sometimes things go wrong, and we're here to make them right.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges to make sure you get the right fit or product you love. However, to help minimize excessive shipping, which is both costly and environmentally unfriendly, we reserve the right to deny exchange requests that appear to abuse this policy. Please read the size charts, or consult us (our average response time is under 1 hour) if you have questions. 

Returns

If you’d like to return an item, a $7 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee helps us continue to operate as a small business while maintaining fair pricing for all customers.

Additional Information

• All return and exchange requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• To start a return or exchange, please email us at hello@barretrash.com with your order number and details about your request.
• Items must be returned in new, unworn condition with tags still attached, in original packaging. 
• We’re unable to process returns or exchanges for items that show signs of wear, damage, or improper care.

As a small business, we value your understanding and support. We work hard to keep excessive shipping to a minimum—both for economic reasons and environmental ones.
